The BSc in Middle Level Education (4 to 8) with a concentration in Science equips students with the specialized pedagogical, scientific inquiry, and instructional strategies required to educate adolescents effectively. This comprehensive degree program integrates essential adolescent development theories and educational psychology with targeted coursework in biological sciences, earth science, physical science, and inquiry based science curriculum design. Graduates with a BSc Middle Level 4 to 8 degree enter a versatile career path, stepping into roles such as middle school science teacher, junior high science instructor, STEM educator, academic interventionist, instructional coordinator, curriculum developer, and science program director across public schools, private academies, and educational institutions.
F-1 International Student can work up to 20 hours per week and full time during official school breaks and vacations. Post completion Optional Practical Training allows graduates to work for 12 months and STEM graduate are eligible for up to 24 month extension.
