The Level 4 Diploma in Project Management (120 Credits) is designed to equip learners with the foundational principles, frameworks, and practical tools required to initiate, plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully. Awarded by OTHM an Ofqual regulated UK qualification. The curriculum typically 6 core modules evaluated through written coursework assignments and practical project documentation; Project lifecycles, governance models, project initiation, and business case development. Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and resource allocation. Identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, quality planning, and quality assurance frameworks. Budget estimation, cost tracking, earned value management (EVM), and financial reporting.
Graduate Path
Completing the Level 4 Diploma in Project Management enables direct entry into entry level operational roles such as Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, PMO Support Officer, or Junior Project Administrator. Midlevel roles including Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Change Manager.
