The Bachelor of Management in Tourism at the École Supérieure de Tourisme Troyes Metz is a state recognized, three year undergraduate program designed to prepare students for the global tourism, hospitality, and leisure industries. Anchored by "learning by doing" philosophy, the curriculum builds a strong business administration foundation covering finance, marketing, team management, and business law alongside specialized industry training in sustainable destination management, digital marketing, and experiential hospitality. The program balances classroom theory with immersive professional experiences, requiring students to complete 8 to 11 months of internships (or a third year work study placement) alongside a mandatory study abroad semester at one of over 50 international partner universities. In their final year, students select between specialized tracks such as Hospitality Management or Digital and Business Development.

Troyes-Metz Higher School of Tourism will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, evidence of English study within a 12 year education system where English is designated as the primary and official language and the principal language of instruction. For applicants who do not yet meet the English language requirement, there are two pathways to achieve the necessary level:
Pre sessional English Programme; Students may successfully complete a preparatory English programme offered by the university before beginning their academic course. Recognized English Proficiency Tests; Students may submit one of the following minimum scores prior to the start of their program: IELTS: 6.5 overall band score (or equivalent), TOEFL or PTE: Score of 60, Duolingo English Test: Score of 120.
