The new MA Design Leadership at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to empower teams to create better products and services and more meaningful and sustainable experiences. In addition to practical design experience, you will acquire strategic thinking and effective communication skills and a responsible leadership style. Graduates work in a dynamically developing environment that requires exactly the skills they have acquired during their studies. They take on positions of responsibility in the traditional communications and creative industries, where they focus in particular on strategic and operational tasks. Some prepare themselves for independent work as freelancers or set up their own companies. Outside the traditional design professions, they work in interdisciplinary teams (and lead them) to support companies, organisations and institutions in the analysis, conception and implementation of strategic communication. English Language Requirement

University of Europe for Applied Science will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, English taken in 12-year education, or English is designated as the primary and official language and the principle language of instruction. If you do not meet the English language requirements yet, you can achieve the level you need by successfully completing a pre-sessional English programme with the university or submit 

1. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) or PTE Score or Duolingo English Test score before you start your course.
