Students
within the Associate of Science (Computer Science) Degree program will gain
knowledge in programming, data structures, and computer architecture, and will
develop their critical thinking and analytical skills. Students will also
complete mathematics and lab science courses to further their numerical and lab
skills. The Associate of Science (Computer Science) Degree is a foundational
degree consisting of 60 credits in total, typically completed over a two-year
period. International students completing the Associate of of Science (Computer
Science) Degree program at Alexander College are also eligible to apply for a
Post-Graduation Work Permit. An Associate of
Science Degree in Computer Science provides a strong foundation in programming,
systems analysis, and computational theory. It equips students with practical
skills in coding, networking, and database management, preparing them for
entry-level tech roles or further study. his
