The Level 5 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management is an Ofqual regulated UK qualification benchmarked at RQF Level 5, equivalent to the second year of a UK bachelor's degree. Designed to develop managerial expertise in global service industries, the course covers key areas such as strategic marketing, customer relationship management, operational leadership, financial decision making, and sustainable tourism development. Assessment is typically coursework and assignment based, enabling graduates to step into supervisory and management roles such as Hotel Operations Manager, Resort Manager, Travel Agency Director, or Event Manager or progress directly into the final year (Level 6 top up degree) of a BA (Hons) degree at a UK university.
