MBA Leadership is designed for graduates and professionals who want to develop strategic management expertise alongside specialist knowledge of leadership and organisational development.The course combines core business and leadership principles with an understanding of how effective leadership supports organisational performance, drives change and inspires high performing teams. You’ll explore contemporary leadership approaches, organisational behaviour and strategic decision making while developing the skills needed to lead in complex business environments. During the course, you will: Build a strong understanding of strategic management and leadership. Strengthen your analytical, communication and decision making skills. MBA Leadership is designed to develop the strategic management, leadership and organisational skills that are valued across a wide range of industries. International student can work up to 20 hours per week and full time during official school breaks and vacations. Graduates can apply for 18 months Graduate visa to live, study, and work.

UWS London accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, evidence of English study within a 12 year education system where English is designated as the primary and official language and the principal language of instruction. For applicants who do not yet meet the English language requirement, there are two pathways to achieve the necessary level:
Recognized English Proficiency Tests; Students may submit one of the following minimum scores of IELTS: 6.5 overall band score and or PTE Academic: Score of 60.
