This HND in Construction Management course helps you develop the industry knowledge and core skills needed to successfully manage complex projects, including construction site teams and key operations. The program will put you on track to reaching your career goals within the global construction sector. The course has been designed to develop your specialist skills and knowledge using a range of projects and assignments with real life, authentic contexts. The construction industry is a very practicaland technical environment, and teaching and learning on the course reflects this. You will learn from real life examples, work related learning, practical sessions, site inspections and expert guest speakers from the sector all of which brings learning to life and makes for a dynamic student experience.

Students may work part time for up to 20 hours per week and full time during academic breaks. After graduation, students can transition from student status to legal employment through an employer sponsored two year work permit.

GBS Dubai will accept, for the purposes of meeting the English proficiency requirement, evidence of English study within a 12 year education system where English is designated as the primary and official language and the principal language of instruction. For applicants who do not yet meet the English language requirement, there are two pathways to achieve the necessary level:
Pre sessional English Programme; Students may successfully complete a preparatory English programme offered by the university before beginning their academic course. Recognized English Proficiency Tests; Students may submit one of the following minimum scores prior to the start of their program: IELTS: 6.5 overall band score (or equivalent), TOEFL or PTE: Score of 60, Duolingo English Test: Score of 120.
