The Level 5 Diploma in Law is an Ofqual regulated UK qualification benchmarked at RQF Level 5, equivalent to the second year of a UK bachelor's degree (LLB). Designed to develop critical legal reasoning, case analysis, and practical knowledge of legal frameworks, the course covers core areas such as public law, criminal law, contract law, land law, equity and trusts, and EU law. Assessment is typically coursework and assignment based, enabling graduates to enter roles such as Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Compliance Officer, or Contracts Administrator, or progress directly into the final year (Level 6 top up / LLB completion) at a UK university.
